Stadtnest Apartment Top 1 has 34sqm and can be rented for 1-2 persons and one infant (free baby bed).
Stadtnest Apartment Top 3 can be rented either in a 45sqm version for 1-2 persons (plus max one infant below 3 years) or a 60sqm version for 3-4 persons (plus infant).

Both apartments are non-smoking accommodation.
Stadtnest Apartment Top 1 has one bedroom with double bed (160 by 200cm), a fully functional kitchen with dining corner, entrance area and a small bathroom (with washbasin, shower, WC). Above the bedroom there is a loft level with sofa bed (in case you need separate beds – attention, the loft level has a max headroom of 1.40m and can only be reached by ladder).
Apartment Top 3 also has a washing machine, a dish washer, and a Telefone (free local calls).
Guests staying at Apartment Top 1 can use our washing machine (for a small fee).
Apartment Top 3 has one large bed- cum living room with big double bed (180 by 200 cm) and lounge area, one smaller bed room with two single beds (this will stay closed off in case the apartment is rented for two persons only), a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom with tub and integrated shower facilities, separate WC, an entrance area with dining corner.
Apartment Top 3 also has a washing machine, a dish washer, and a telephone.
