Minimum stay (consecutive nights): 3 nights (April-Oct, Dez, Christmas), 4 nights (Easter), 5 nights (New Year). 2 nights are only possible during the low season (Nov, Jan-March).
Extra beds/baby beds: We are happy to provide a baby bed for your child (up to the age of three years) free of charge. For older children and adults we can provide one extra cot-type bed in one of the rooms. The extra charge is Euro 20 for adults, Euro 16 for children 12 to 16, Euro 12 for children 6 to 12 years old, and Euro 8 for children 3 to 6 years old.
For Christmas and New Year we recommend at least 3 months advance booking.

Payment: Deposit by bank/wire transfer for all EU guests, by credit card for guests from outside EU. Invoice amount (remaining amount) in cash Euro during your stay. We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards for amounts of min Euro 600.
Please inquire for discounts on long-term stays (more than two weeks). For discounts for children when staying in their parents' room (children under three years stay free of charge; other discounts for extra beds as mentioned) please see above.
You can rent the entire Stadtnest Bed & Breakfast also as a self-keeping apartment for 4-5 persons (no breakfast). Please enquire for details.
Travel by car / Parking: If you travel by car, we can offer you a covered car park facility (for one car), about 2 min. walking distance from the Stadtnest Bed and Breakfast (12 Euro per day). For details on parking in Vienna please click here. Please note, that parking fees have to be paid for parking in the streets, plus parking is restricted to two hours.
Check-in und Check-out times: On the day of your arrival your room will normally be ready for check-in at 2:30 pm. Of course you can come to the B&B and leave your luggage with us in case you arrive earlier.
In any case, please do inform us about your planned arrival time. Our Bed & Breakfast is a private accommodation and does not have a round the clock reception service.
On the day of your departure we kindly request you to vacate the room until 10:30 am. In case you depart from Vienna later than that, you can of course leave your luggage with us.
